Overview

A development of 15 apartments, comprising studio, one and two bedroom apartments formed of two contemporary buildings that enclose a central landscaped courtyard and parking area.

The architecture reflects a modern and unpretentious style with bold colours and crisp lines. Traditional materials such as glass and hardwood were chosen with minimalist detailing in chrome and aluminium. The external effect was one of urban chic with interiors that were designed for all modern comforts. Each apartment block housed a lift and each apartment had its own allocated parking.
